Welcome to ExamsWave ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ExamsWave, including our website, practice question banks, vector schematics, APIs, and digital products (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
To access subject question pools or retrieve items programmatically via our REST API, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API secret keys.
3. Digital Products and Non-Refundable Terms
All sales of subscriptions, single-exam passes, and API access tiers are final. Because our Services consist of immediate access to digital content, question banks, and dynamic software features, all purchases are strictly non-refundable.
4. API Usage and Quotas
API access is subject to assigned role limits (e.g., Student: 5k req/mo, Agent: 10k req/mo, Partner: 25k req/mo). Scraping content, bypassing subscription guards, or sharing access keys with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited and will result in instant key revocation without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All question items, vector SVG diagrams, software code, exam blueprints, and website content are the exclusive property of ExamsWave. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content without explicit permission.
