Thank you for choosing ExamsWave. Because our product is a digital service that delivers immediate access to proprietary exam questions, vector blueprints, solutions, and REST API quotas, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy on all purchases.
By purchasing a subscription, single-exam access pass, or API access plan on ExamsWave, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription periods or unused monthly API request quotas.
- Access to digital content and question banks is delivered instantly upon successful payment processing.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current paid billing cycle. Future recurring charges will cease, but no pro-rated refunds will be granted for the remainder of the active period.
