1. Absolute Non-Refundability
Because the Services provided by ExamsWave grant instantaneous access to proprietary, copyrighted question repositories, vector schematics, step-by-step diagnostic solutions, and REST API rate allocations, all monetary transactions are non-refundable and non-creditable upon processing.
By purchasing a subscription plan, single-exam assessment pass, enterprise agent tier, or REST API quota extension, you explicitly agree that:
- All sales are final, binding, and non-refundable across all payment channels and currencies.
- No partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds will be issued for unused time on active billing cycles or unconsumed REST API request allocations.
- Instant access to protected content constitutes immediate fulfillment under global digital commerce regulations.
2. Recurring Subscription Management & Cancellation
You reserve the right to terminate future automatic subscription renewals at any time via your account dashboard. Upon issuing a cancellation request, recurring charges will cease at the conclusion of your active billing period. Your account will retain full access privileges through the remainder of the prepaid duration.
3. Technical Remediation & Service Delivery SLA
In the event of verified technical access degradation, localized token authorization failures, or REST API gateway downtime, your exclusive remedy consists of technical support remediation.
